Product description

• This double-latch panic mortise lock has a door handle, panic door fitting or push bar on the inside of the door. A door handle is also fitted on the outside of the door. When locked, the door cannot be opened from the outside, but can always be opened from the inside using the door handle, panic door fitting or push bar (panic function). When the handle is operated from the outside, only the upper latch is retracted, preventing the door from being opened. By activating the changeover function with the key, the upper and lower latches are retracted simultaneously, allowing the door to be opened from the outside. The handle and cylinder contact integrated in the lock enables an electronic impulse to be sent to the escape door control terminal, resulting in a short-term release. In order to ensure functionality with the escape door opener with different rebate gaps, the lower latch can be adjusted in depth in stages without having to remove any components.
