RollTribloc mortise lock 1857H.3
Mortise lock with additional roller face plate
Overview of Advantages
- Use roller pins in the event of door warpage
- Deadbolt stroke, single rotation, 20mm each
- Certification according to EN 1634-1 to 3
Product description
- A handle is mounted on both sides. A roller face plate with roller pins is also mounted. Once the door falls shut, the roller pins are moved upwards into the locking position in the striking plate in the door frame via an upwards handle movement. This pulls the door leaf to the door frame. Turning the key in locking direction extends the main bolt. During locking, the roller pins move down into the striking plate via a downwards handle movement in open position. Turning the key in opening direction retracts the main bolt.
Note
- As two-leaf version in use with passive leaf locking 1711.
- If this article is used as a replacement for model 1840 or 1841, the frame striking plate must be turned 180 degrees at the bottom.
- Can be combined with roller face plates model 1863 and 1864 (accessories)
