Product description
With these multi-point locking systems, a door handle, panic door fitting or a pushbar is mounted on the inside of the door. A door handle is also mounted on the outside of the door. In unlocked state, the door can be opened from both sides. In locked state, the door can not be opened from the outside, but can always be opened from the inside via the door handle, panic door fitting or pushbar (panic function outwards opening), the main bolt and the two single-throw bolts are retracted. The lock locks automatically when the door closes (automatic locking). The spindle (follower) is split with panic function B. This panic function is suitable for doors that also have to be opened from the outside at specific times (daytime operation). Daytime operation can be activated via the cylinder, with a key turned in the direction of opening to the stop - the door handle is then engaged on the outside of the door. Only available in combination with a panic inactive leaf locking system. This enables the door to be opened at all times, even if the lock on the active leaf is locked (panic function), via the panic fitting or pushbar, automatic locking when the door is closed via switch lock triggering.
Area of Application
double-leaf security doors, private service doors, fire doors and escape route doors (standard doors)
Note
Thumbturn cylinders may not be used
In use with the panic passive leaf locking system 1860
