Impulse generator (IMPG) suitable for s- and mFlipLock drive and e-drive
Flush-mounted box and mounting rail variants
Overview of Advantages
- Protection against attacks on cables in accordance with EN14846
- Increased burglary protection
- Quick and simple retrofitting
- Input pulse and day can be controlled
Product description
- The pulse generator (IMPG) enables an RS-485 BUS connection between the lock and IMPG and serves as security against attacks or the cables (tamper protection). The IMPG is available as a variant for the mounting rail as well as for use in a flush-mounted box and is installed on the protected inside of the room. The pulse generator has two inputs (pulse and tag) which allow different control of the lock. With the s- and mFlipLock drive, the pulse input is used for complete opening and with the e-drive, the tag input is used for motorised coupling of the external push button. Depending on requirements, the Tag input (bolt at 5 mm during the day) and the Pulse input (complete opening from 5 mm) can also be used simultaneously for the s- and mFlipLock drive. This enables fast motorised opening in under 0.5 seconds during the day.
Area of Application
- Increased burglary resistance requirements
- High-traffic doors
Note
- Use MSL residual current buffers for fire doors
