In the professional version of the SCALA net license extension alarm arming/disarming, an intrusion alarm system (IAS) can be armed/disarmed via a SCALA net reader.

The arming/disarming takes place via a PIN reader.

In contrast to the basic version, the alarm arming/disarming takes place across all controllers. This means that all access points in the same area/door group as this reader are affected by the activation/deactivation.

If alarm arming is activated via the reader, the SCALA net software receives feedback from the intrusion alarm system on whether arming has taken place. If the arming via the intrusion alarm system was not activated, SCALA net is reset accordingly.

Only one intrusion alarm system area can be managed per controller.
