• The electric security lock 809 is a self-locking lock with split follower and electrically controllable outside handle. The outside handle can be engaged or disengaged temporarily or permanently using electric activation.
• The handle controls are based on the fail-unlocked operating principle: if the lock is energised, both handles are disengaged, i.e. handles do not work; when lock is de-energised, handles are engaged, i.e. handles will work
• The security lock meets high standards in mechanical security thanks to its automatic self-locking function, the 20 mm hardened extension lock bolt and a locking latch.
• The enhanced burglary protection achieved as a result does not affect the performance of the lock function. Requirements are met for its use in fire doors.
